Have already mentioned where we live in Brazil in another post within the site, but i will add additional pictures in this post to elaborate a little more.
So we live in a small place called Mar Do Norte, which is situated between the towns of Macae and Rio Das Ostras.
The beach stretches for many miles and you can walk in either direction and reach a town. The picture above is Mar Do Norte beach where we live, it has a small kiosk which sells traditional snacks as well as beers. Currently due to the pandemic most beaches have now been closed.
The above view is a picture looking towards the rocks in the distance where the first picture was taken from. The sand does get very hot, so wearing of footwear is advised.
The above picture was taken when we first view the property many years ago. It hadn't been cared for in a considerable time and needed some tender loving care for sure. We were hooked straight away and saw the potential, well the wife did to be honest i just went along ha.
The above picture is what our house looks like now. There has been work since however but the difference is plain to see. Took a considerable time to do, cause the money wasn't always available so we carried out scopes when we had the finances available which worked well for us.
Final note: We love our home, its so relaxing and a great place to be.
